If you want to stop panic attacks there are 2 different areas of yourself that you need to focus on: the internal and the external.
Both the internal and the external things in your life contribute to your general anxiety and your panic attacks, and only when you address both of these areas will you see the kind of progress you’re hoping for.
Okay, so let’s start with the internal things. This is things like your thoughts, your moods, and your emotions. Each of these things is in your control, even though it often doesn’t feel that way. So do your best to always think positively and don’t linger on negative thoughts.
Now onto the external things. This is things like your diet, your job , your hobbies, your environment, and so on. All of these things are within your control too, so do your best to keep everything in as calm as possible in these areas of your life.
